We use the information you provide to deliver our services, communicate with you, bill insurance on your behalf where applicable, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations for hazardous-waste documentation. We do not sell your information.
Insurance and third parties
When you ask us to direct-bill your insurance, we share the information necessary to process the claim with your carrier. Regulated medical-waste disposal requires chain-of-custody documentation shared with licensed disposal facilities. We limit shared information to what each purpose requires.
