ABOUT KRI KELLER, TEXAS
Hazardous cleanup specialists.
KRI Crime Scene Cleaners is a Texas-based biohazard, trauma, and death-scene remediation firm. We arrive on what is often the worst day of someone's life — and we treat it that way.
OUR MISSION
To provide the utmost care when you need it most.
Our trained and experienced technicians help restore a safe environment for your home, residents, employees, or patrons. That mission shapes everything about how we operate.
Our vehicles are unmarked. Our technicians are trained to be quiet, deliberate, and kind. We do not photograph scenes for marketing. We do not discuss clients with anyone — including other clients. What we do is the work itself: thorough, certified, and documented.
When we leave, the only evidence that we were there is a property restored to a safe, habitable state and a single sheet of paper confirming it.
CREDENTIALS / 01
Six certifications. One promise.
Crime scene and biohazard work is not a service category you should take on trust. Every KRI technician operates under the following active certifications — verifiable on request.
OSHA HAZWOPER
Hazardous waste operations and emergency response — the federal baseline for trauma and biohazard remediation crews.
Bloodborne Pathogens
Active certification in handling, containment, and disposal of blood, OPIM, and biohazardous fluids.
OSHA HazMat Supervisor
On-site command authority for hazardous waste operations and multi-agency emergency response coordination.
EPA Asbestos
Federal certification for inspection, containment, and removal of asbestos-containing materials.
Medical Waste Hauler
Licensed transport and disposal of regulated medical waste — chain-of-custody documented on every job.
ASCR Mold Remediation
Supervisor-level certification for mold remediation — relevant for water damage and post-decontamination scenes.
PROTOCOL / 03
The same six steps. Every single call.
Crime scene and biohazard remediation isn't improvised. Every KRI job follows the same documented protocol, from dispatch to certificate of safe habitation.
- 1
Equip
Full PPE — Tyvek, P100 respirators, double nitrile, eye protection — staged before any technician enters the affected area.
- 2
Restrict
Physical containment and access control. Adjacent rooms are sealed; HVAC is isolated; entry is logged.
- 3
Remove
Unsalvageable porous material is cut out, double-bagged as regulated waste, and chain-of-custody documented for disposal.
- 4
Sanitize
Hospital-grade disinfection — multiple passes with EPA-registered tuberculocidals across every reachable surface.
- 5
Verify
ATP swab testing and visual re-inspection confirm the area meets the IICRC S540 standard for biohazard remediation.
- 6
Certify
Written certificate of decontamination — accepted by insurers, landlords, and county health departments.
ABOUT / QUESTIONS
The things people actually ask.
- Where is KRI based?
Our headquarters is at 400 Bourland Road, Unit 123, Keller, TX 76248, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We stage crews from Keller and serve the entire state of Texas.
- Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. KRI is licensed and insured in the State of Texas, and our technicians hold six active industry certifications covering hazardous-waste operations, bloodborne pathogens, medical-waste transport, asbestos, and mold remediation.
- Do you only serve the DFW area?
No. DFW is our fastest-response region, typically under an hour, but we cover all of Texas — Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and beyond — and dispatch out of region when a job requires it.
DISPATCH / 24/7
When you need us, you'll know.
Call the 24/7 line first. We answer in person, ask only what we need to dispatch a crew, and confirm an arrival window before we hang up.
